SKIN/CRAFT is always accepting new clients, however immediately availability is rare. In order to get notifications on availability, you'll want to join the waitlist.

Do I need a consultation as a new client?
Yes. All new clients are required to have a consultation before any treatments are performed. As a new client, simply book the "hands-on new client consultation". This is a verbal consult paired with physical skin analysis, where we finish with a personal shopping experience to set you up for best practices.
Does SKIN/CRAFT have a cancellation policy?

When can I expect my order to ship?
Please allow up to 3 business days for order processing, this excludes weekends and holidays. Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information via email or text.
What is your return/refund policy?
All purchases at SKIN/CRAFT are final sale.
Should your purchase arrive damaged, you must email SKIN/CRAFT within 24 hours of your shipment arrival with photos of the packaging and items. You can also contact USPS to file a claim for damages.
Does SKIN/CRAFT offer any trainings for professionals?
This is not an offering SKIN/CRAFT provides at this time.
