Yes! SKIN/CRAFT is happily accepting new clients. Whether you're local or afar, we have options for you. You can reserve your appointment here.

Do I need a consultation as a new client?

Yes. All new clients are required to have a consultation before any treatments are performed. As a new client, simply book the "new client consultation".

Does SKIN/CRAFT have a cancellation policy?

Yes. You can view our policy here.

When can I expect my order to ship?

Please allow up to 5 business days for order processing. Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information via email or text.

What is your return/refund policy?

All purchases at SKIN/CRAFT are final sale.

Should your purchase arrive damaged, you must email SKIN/CRAFT within 24 hours of your shipment arrival with photos of the packaging and items. You can also contact USPS to file a claim for damages.

Do I need a consultation as an energy client?

Yes. All new clients are required to have a consultation before any treatments are performed. As a new energy client, simply book the "energy work consultation".

Do I have to be in person for an energy ritual appointment?

You do not, that's the beauty of energy healing--it works regardless of the distance. If you're booking from afar, simply select the "zoom" option for your desired service.

Does SKIN/CRAFT offer any trainings for professionals?

This is not an offering SKIN/CRAFT provides at this time.
